Hello everyone, just to let you all know we have over 100 people supporting our petition. I would like to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to do this. Our local councillors are elected by us to represent the people in our community. They also help to make the policies of the council which directly impact on local people. Closing Balloch Library affects all of us, as well as the 9 people who work there. Our petition is important as it lets the council know they cannot simply close a library and expect no one to notice I also am absolutely sure that the so called “library hub” placed within our school will bear no resemblance to what we know as a library. I’ll keep you all up to date with the petition and please continue to share this petition with as many people as possible . Thank you
