We must act quickly to petition government to save elementary school band! Burnaby and Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows are now proposing to cut elementary band programs. Surrey School Board's Gary Tymnoschuk says of Surrey's cuts "We know people are not happy about any of these decisions. And quite frankly, this board is not happy about any of these decisions."
