Unfortunately, it seems like our voices are not making a difference other than them actually explaining the new billing model better in a pop-up message on their website. Everyone be sure to cancel before the end of May so that the cancellation happens before the beginning of the billing cycle July 1st. I already cancelled mine in anticipation of them continuing down their road of greed and failure. 

I hope everyone has an alternative company they can sign up with to make active & fit suffer immensely.
