We call on the President of the United States to issue a PUBLIC order to halt all research and all projects related to Directed Energy Weapons. This order would not be modifiable without another PUBLIC order. The order would require the preservation of all records.

The so-called Havana Syndrome has been reported in the news, though not necessarily it's full extent. If a Directed Energy weapons project has come under criminal influence, it may be impossible to staunch with half measures.

The President should consider the possibility that a weapons project was designed, in part, to produce the symptoms of various diseases in people, and that it comprises a network of small phased arrays operating at very low power.
