Hello! A new video dated March 4th 2018 capturing Ozone the orangutan in Bandung Zoo smoking was released a few days ago. Yet Sybelle Foxcroft of Cee4Life, Bandung exclusive NGO partner, told her facebook friends that, “Ozone is alright other than some light burns...how could you do this to him” Sybelle Foxcroft also implied that this was the first time Ozone ever smoked. I know Sybelle reads my update so she would have seen the November 2016 video I shared where Ozone was smoking https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRc4Vfi2Sn8 In both videos, you can see that Ozone was very apt in holding his cigarette and smoking it. The zoo official also said to the media that, “It’s a waste of time [to look for the man who tossed the cigarette]. There are more important jobs to do.” This contradicts what Sybelle said to her facebook friends, “they reported to every authority now. CCTV also evidence.” In their defense, Bandung Zoo spokesperson said that the zoo is “understaffed”. Bandung Zoo and their exclusive NGO partner Cee4Life supposedly trained several roaming zoo educators from their zoo education program of compassion and kindness that was a huge success and brought about huge improvements, according to Cee4Life, so where were these people? Why is Bandung zoo breeding more animals and forcing them into a life of captive misery and cruelty when they admitted they are struggling to look after "800" with only 32 caretakers? (A female baby orangutan was bred and born in September 2017.
