Folks, IT APPEARS THAT BANDUNG TOURISM PROMOTION BOARD HAS TURNED OFF THEIR STAR REVIEW FEATURE as I am not able to see the star rating review? However I see that the number of people giving it 1 star review are going up. So I don't know what is going on. If you are unable to rate them you can still make comments on their home page. I just gave them a 1 star review. Below is what I posted. What about the innocent animals in your deplorable zoo? Your zoo offers nothing but physical and psychological torture for innocent animals, many are endangered species. It is a place where Sun Bears are so hungry, they eat their own feces. Where,Yani the endangered Sumatran elephant remained shackled whilst she took her dying few breaths. I would not want to visit a city who holds innocent animals captive in a zoo, only to allow them to suffer and die. To visit your city is to enable animal cruelty. I rather spend my money visiting countries who treat animals with kindness, respect and compassion. Over 90% of zoos in Indonesia are hell holes. Google Indonesian zoos, Bandung or Surabaya zoos.
