Two quick, important actions today:
1. Re-tweet this, and follow us on twitter. This goes to Governor Jared Polis, Colorado.
2. Write to the White House today. Say something like this:

Mr. President,
Tens of Millions of people voted for you in the expectation that you were going to cancel federal student loans by executive order, and return bankruptcy protections to ALL student loans.
It would appear that you are- blatantly- going back on your word on both fronts. This is unconscionable.
I have a request: Please issue an executive order calling on the Department of Education and its contractors (like ECMC) to stop opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy court. This is the minimum you should do to demonstrate at least a minimum amount of good faith to the people who put you in office, and expect you to fulfill your campaign promises.
This problem is not going away. You would do well to recognize this catastrophically failed lending system for what it is, and cancel ALL federally owned loans, return bankruptcy to all loans, and replace the lending system with a more sane, rationally priced funding model for higher education.
The lending system is finished by all rational metrics, Mr. President. Please inculcate that fact.
