Glad to report the petition was covered yesterday in Tampa, Florida. Also, we were covered the other day by CNN. We need to keep this going.
We need you to contact both your local media (tell them you are from the area), and also national media. Tell them to report on the petition.
Also send them the link to this research we just did, showing that there are more people over 50 than under 25 in the country with student loans. This is extremely important research that will change the way people think about student loan borrowers if it gets proper coverage in the media. This is up to you folks. Of all the things we cannot control, we can control this...but it starts with you. Give them our contact info:

Our opposition is obviously not resting. We are seeing more "hit pieces" come out daily against us. They are easily defeated, but you need to help if we are going to win this.
Things are happening fast right now. The quicker we get the petition to a million signers (and beyond), the easier this all gets. We're close. We need you to put some effort into this.
