York" in Florence Colorado ADX Supermax prison, to hide his true identity as a Diplomat Consul General of The Republic of Liberia.

Malachi York a 80 years old elder suffering in his innocence from Angioedema, a life threatening illness, high blood pressure, and leg and eye problems which cause him to need a wheelchair.

His Angioedema attacks frequently leaves him unconscious on his cement cell floor with limited assistance and often his medical needs are neglected.

Angioedema frequently attacks his throat and his air passages swell, which can cause suffocation.

Malachi Yorke was given an unduly and  harshly sentenced of 135 years for crimes he is not guilty of, suffering in a Supermax facility , on various false charges of RICO, Money Structuring, Man Act conspiracy crossing state lines with the intent for the past 19 years, and 23 total years of imprisonment.

Official that plotted and schemed with others One being Yaaquwb Muhammad (Jacob York) and Abigail Washington to have His father an innocent man, a Liberian Diplomat since Dec. 15, 1999 imprisoned for the crimes Jake committed himself.

Mr. York is always been a good inmate, with no history of violence during his 23 year of unworthy incarceration, while the  Prison ignores their own policies, domestic law and international laws of H.E Malachi Yorke.

H.E Malachi York has been imprisoned for twenty three years, 19 yrs. of which have been in a ADX super maximum security prison where he is in solitary confinement daily.

With each passing year he fears his untreated hereditary Angioedema will eventually take his life in prison caused by the torture and abuse he is receiving daily.
