We apologize in not properly advising you to read all of our past updates to our petition which clearly define all of our efforts that have not resulted in a positive resolution in Edwin's quest for justice. Edwin was appointed a Clemency Representation Project Attorney, who has been working on Edwin's case since August 29, 2015, with no resolve. [Kathryn A. Wilson - K.wilson.crp@Gmail.com] We have amended Edwin's Clemency Petition with all your 136,000 signatures in support, your comments, your e mail letters, with The Pardon's Attorney's Office. In addition, we have also filed, through Edwin's Attorney, our letters which contain a Re-Entry plan for Edwin; Letters from the Community; Letters from Prison Staff; All of Edwin's achievements during his past 18 years in confinement. We have not received any definite response of whether all of these Amendments are being taken into consideration. Edwin's Attorney has been advised the same. 306 Clemency Petitions have been granted so far by The President. Edwin's Petition for Clemency has been overlooked. We have forwarded letters, e mails, phone calls, to The President; White House Counsel, Neil Eggleston; Attorney General, Loretta Lynch; among others. We have not received any response. We have forwarded Edwin's story to several Reporters, from The Washington Post; Huffington Post. We have not received any response. Please understand our frustration. Our quest for justice on behalf of our son is not being heard. Therefore, that is the reason for this 'love in action' fundraiser, which will ultimately bring total awareness of Edwin's case.
