Update

We wanted to update you on our petition by letting you know that we received an e mail from Theodore B. Smith - Attorney Advisor, from The Office of The Pardon Attorney; advising us that "...All e mail letters and comments on behalf of Edwin Rubis have been placed in Edwin's Clemency File No. C165082, to be considered in the near future." In addition, we have forwarded Edwin's story to a couple of reporters from The Washington Post, [Ryan J. Reilly -Huffington Post; Sari Horwitz and Jenny Rogers - Washington Post] attempting to obtain media exposure and coverage. As of yet, we have have not received a response. Please continue sharing this story with others. Specifically, members of the media. Again, thank you for your 'love in action' in supporting our petition; as we patiently await a subsequent positive resolution to Edwin's Clemency Petition.
