We wanted to sincerely thank you for your ample loving support in forwarding your e mail letters to The pardon Attorney's Office on behalf of Edwin. This past week... Edwin's personal attorney at law suggested a preparation of a re-entry plan to be added to his clemency petition. We prepared one. This is a brief summary of what was forwarded to The Pardon Attorney's Office: "...Dear President Barack Obama... there are (2) two re-entry plans available at this time upon my immediate release: [ONE] - "...once released is to reside with my mother and brother in Cypress, Texas. My family is willing to assist me financially while I seek employment. [TWO] - "...once released is to reside with my mother and my Christian brother in Hialeah, Florida. He is also willing to assist me financially while I seek employment..." {Letters of Support are Enclosed} "...In order to prepare my re-integration into society, I have 6 1/2 years experience as a dental assistant, under the tutelage of Dr. Stephanie M. Burrell, DDS, at FCI-Talladega. I will continue my education on-line from The United States Career Institute, which offer advancement college courses..." "...I also have 8 years experience in Christian counseling, under the supervision of Chaplain, James Bowen, at FCI-Talladega. I will continue my Christian counseling studies, under Pastor Obed Santiesban, through the rehabilitation program, "Home of The Nazarene". {Letters of Support are Enclosed} Also, I have accomplished various certifications of completion in order to aid me in the re-integration into society; which include: Dental Assistant - (2 years) The United States Department of labor Industrial Sewing - (60 clock hours) Lamar State College Culinary Arts - (180 clock hours) Culinary Sanitation - (48 clock hours) Houston Community College Criminal Procedure - Legal Research - (30 clock hours) Dept. Educ. Beaumont, Texas 7 Habit of Highly Effective People - (6 Months Course) Psychology Dept. - Franklin Covey Foundation Quality of Life Program - (12 weeks) Psychology Dept. FCI-Talladega Victim Impact Program - (12 weeks) Psychology Dept. FCI-Talladega World Bible School - (6 months) Correspondence School Old Testament Psalm 1-75 (3 credit hours) Samford University Free Your Mind - (12 clock hours) Psychology Dept/Religious Services, Beaumont, Texas Beginning and Advanced Typing - (40 clock hours) Education Dept., Beaumont, Texas Weight Management and Diabetes Course - (8 weeks) Recreation Dept., FCI-Talladega Recreation Aide Training Course - (4 weeks) Recreation Dept., FCI-Talladega {all of these certifications are in my clemency file} We pray that this plan of re-entry will aid Edwin to obtain clemency.
