Children were tortured to Death in MKUltra Experiements.  It's time the public found out the truth about these horrific experiements and victims were heard and compensated.  Many of them wind up in poverty or the back wards in psychiatric units-LIVES COMPLETELY RUINED.  EVIL.  These experiments are to shatter the child's mind and then use the child for drug running, prostitution, and spying & compromising diplomats/POLITICIANS.
