Foreign Language program cuts; adjuncts remain cut.

Hi all, There is a SB Statesman article detailing some of the cuts at Stony Brook. Dean Kopp's office replied, "The claim that the University is in fiscal crisis is inaccurate." The situation has not been resolved to anyone's satisfaction with most adjuncts gone this Spring semester and with many full-time lecturers in languages who will be let go.
