Today's Russia is the country that invaded and occupies parts of Ukraine. The country that keeps killing Ukrainians with artillery, mortars, gunfire and landmines. The country that kidnaps Ukrainian citizens, tortures them and sentences them to unlawful imprisonment.

Letting Russia into the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is a signal for the aggressor, proving that it can invade their neighbours and get away with it without being punished by European community. Russia's membership also undermines European values and severely damages the image of PACE, Council of Europe and European Union.

Therefore we the undersigned demand: KICK RUSSIA OUT OF PACE and don't let it back until it withdraws completely from all Ukrainian territories it currently occupies!
