Narcissists look different.

And they look at you differently.

And you get a feeling.

A bad one.

You get empty and hollow inside.

Even when they're smiling at you.

Especially when they're smiling.

Because it's scary to see someone who hurts you.

Smiling at you.

Now, plenty of people don't care about you.

And give you reptile eyes.

But with a narcissist, you feel their hooks in you.

They have this need to control you.

That other people don't have.

And with all the things they do to you.

They're training you to understand what their feeling.

And do what they want.

And feel what they want you to feel.

Without saying anything.

And they do this by staring at you.

And telling you things with their eyes.

They'll never admit it.

But that's what's going on.

And in order for this to work.

They read your facial expressions.

Or at least they try to.

They basically assume how you look is how you feel.

What I'm saying is.

Your face tells them what you're thinking.

I want you to think about how you look to the narcissist.

Because this is the only way they know what you're thinking.

And you can throw them off.

By not picking up on their messages.

And being oblivious to their stares.I
