When I grew up in Allentown, it was a dump. Overrun with drugs and crime, there was very little opportunities for a young man growing up . I was able to realize this and joined the military to get out. Many of my friends growing up were not, and are now serving long prison sentences.  Mayor Pawlowski did what was needed to be done, in order to run the criminals out of Allentown, and bring in much needed growth and investment. The FBI charged him and he was recently convicted of some crimes in connection with his revitalization of Allentown. I, as well as the other citizens who signed this petition, beg you to please pardon our Mayor, who rolled up his sleeves, and put in some much needed hard, not to mention, dirty work, to save our city from iminent demise.
