Cps took my kids based on a lie. They placed my oldest in an undisclosed location and my youngest with her father who just recently beat up his wife.

I was treated poorly in the system because I wanted my interactions with cps recorded, this was due to not having my lawyer available to me. 

Due to covid it's extremely hard to find lawyer right now and mine was on vacation.

My precious children should have never been taken from me, and I miss them dearly.

Please help me reunite with my children who need their mama. My girls are only 7 years old and 16.

There has been multiple lies made up from cps including the reason in which they were able to take my children which was the following:

Cps claimed my mother and I were going to flee with my daughter and run out of the country with her to avoid cps placing her with her dad.

This is absolutely  false. My children and I don't even have passports.

They continue to file motions on shortened time not allowing me proper time to respond, violating my rights to due process, ignoring me in the court room, refusing to look at medical records, believing the fathers lies, taking things said and manipulating them to be something their not and more. Multiple lies have been stated against me. Cps is lieing under oath.

The judge even asked my oldest daughter if she wanted unsupervised visits with her dad who she does NOT even know. My kids have different dads.
My oldest hasn't known her dad her entire 16 years. He is in a mental institution as he stabbed someone. ( Yet I'm a danger and can't see my own children which I love protect and care for so dearly.) 

My aim is to stop cps from kidnapping children from good parents. They should not be allowed to court order the removal of children based on hearsay, based on lies, or without a safety plan first before removal. My aim is to stop cps from violating our rights as parents, stop cps from filing shortened time motions, make cps provide proof of their allegations, make cps interactions all recorded, give parents right to record and use their recordings in a court of law.

I am a good mother who did not deserve this. I love my children with all my heart, I have raised them since birth. My oldest is surpassing her classmates and enrolled in college already in the 11th grade, she bright, smart, loving, funny, and beautiful. My youngest is kind and sweet, funny, happy and well behaved. Both of my girls love the Lord and love everyone and I want them home. Our family needs your help to reunite us together. I hope you sign and help us through this traumatic time.
