I believe that Brendan Dassey of Manitowoc County, WI is the victim of unethical, unconstitutional, illegal law enforcement and criminal justice practices, as evidenced in the video, audio, and written documentation presented in the Netflix documentary, "Making a Murderer".  He is being falsely imprisoned for a crime that he was coerced into confessing, as a minor, through deceitful investigatory methods that purposely and maliciously alienated him from his constitutional rights as a United States citizen.  Due process was violated repeatedly on multiple levels in the criminal case against him, including his illegal detainment and questioning, his misrepresentation by his initial state-appointed attorney, and the use of questionable evidence by the prosecution in his trial.  Therefore, I implore you to grant him a new trial at the very least, if not exonerate him outright, in response to his writ of habeas corpus.
