I have watched far too many people torturing, beating, burning and killing people and animals. I have watched far too many criminals torment communities and it seems to me as we have become more civilized, we have lost control. 

I propose the punishment suits the crime. If you torture a person or animal, this is your punishment. If your starve a child or animal - this is your punishment. You get the idea.   I think the only way to truly STOP evil is give back what he/she gave.

We know we have to look in the mirror, I am saying let's change the law to force these criminals to look in their own mirror on a national basis. I guarantee you, there will be much more thought before they do anything once the word is out.
