The United States congress has let their positions go to their heads and its time that We The People, remind them.that they work for us, its not the other way around. To start  we purpose that;

No member of congress shall serve no more than 3 consecutive congressional terms. Congressional terms are 6 years long. By the time they're at the end of their 3rd term, they will constituents of voting age in their districts that were not even born when they were elected. 16 years is more than enough time to try to do what they wanted to do. 

No member of congress shall receive any more for pay than the median average salary of the constituents of the state they represent.  This was supposed to be a "job" made up of the people by the people,  FOR the people. Not to get rich and put them on a pedestal above the people. 

We also purpose that all members of congress must have an in person voting record of 90% or better. If their constituents have to have this to maintain their job, then so should congress.

Last but not at all least, We also purpose that all race related demographic questions be removed from all forms except for medical purposes. This is racism at it's core. When we stop dividing people based purely on our skin color, we can begin to come together. 

Its time we remind them, that we the people run the show, not the other way around.
