There is substantial evidence that people who abuse animals will also commit crimes against humanity. Therefore, we the people ask that an animal abuse registration system be implemented into our criminal justice system to track all people convicted of animal abuse for the safety and security of animals, our communities and children.

We would also like a law passed stateing anyone who is convicted of animal abuse will never be able to own or live under the same roof as an animal again or else they will be convicted with felony charges.
