This petition has been ticking along. Over 1000 signatories to date. That's good but not enough. This needs to convert into a movement for a radically new and effective system of governance. We need the whole of India to get involved. We need to let everyone in India know that its bureaucracy is the worst in Asia and possibly one of the worst in the world. In 2012, a comparative study of bureaucracies across Asia gave India a score of 9.21, where 10 is the worst possible score. You can't get worse. This is not even a fail. It is a MEGA fail.
