Declare a national day of mourning and half-staff flags for Neil Armstrong

The Issue

Neil Armstrong went to the moon to plant the US flag. The least we can do in honor of this hero for the ages is to lower the flag in respect for his life and his passing. It is an embarrassment to the World that this was not done immediately.
