Eppes Now, "Seminole" Team Name Next?

Thank you for signing the Return Eppes petition.  We've have blown past 750 signatures in just a handful of days.  Classes are out during the summer break, but  we are not going to let this stand.

Some of you know that team names, school names and all sorts of other 'erase-ism' is going on in America all in the name of Political Correctness - which is nothing more than dividing us up to destroy us!

Some of us remember the controversy about the name of the FSU team name the "Seminoles".  Like so many embattled team names, a lot of hate was whipped up by a raucous minority.  Fortunately, FSU's good relationship with the Seminole Tribe in Florida quashed the planned PC purge, but hey, under President Thrasher, who knows.  He seems ripe to cave in to the loud extremists at the expense of FSU history and heritage, so who knows what's next.

This is a good time to make sure this petition is exposed to alumni, students, and others.  Let's get to 1000 by Wednesday!
