We continue to stand against this anti-people dam project despite DENR's release of an illegitimate Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).

We, the STOP Kaliwa Dam Network, are currently planning the next immediate actions, especially on asserting the legal processes to be followed and not circumvented by the involved government agencies. This irresponsible move by the government is not a reason to despair, but a drive for us to strengthen our critical dissent against this destructive dam project.

We will not give up the fight. We will not allow this project to be implemented while our laws are being ignored by these government agencies and our rights are being disregarded by them.
