Dear President Trump,
I'm Felix Walls, a 76 year old federal inmate who has served 25 years in prison on a life sentence. And is now in ill health. President Obama denied my clemency application and the judge denied my compassionate release.
Sir, I write this letter of peace and blessing to you and your family praying for release pursuant to the Constitutional power vested in you to grant pardon/ clemency.
Honorable sir this will be my third application for clemency.
I filed my first petition over 15 years ago to be a kidney donor for my daughter Shaleatha Walls all to no avail.
Mr. President in 2016 President Obama denied my application advising me to file next year this occurred after I agreed to dismiss all my motions and pleadings. In lure of clemency and/or compassionate release.
On June 19, 2017 the Warden and the Director of B.O.P. granted me compassionate release in case # 92-80236.
The urgency of the matter and my expectations were short lived, when the Honorable Judge Robert H Cleland, denied my Compassionate Release on February 23rd 2018, the day before my wife's first year of death, which really hurt my family and myself, we were already dealing with her death.
President Trump, my plea for help is made to you in good faith as a fan follower and one who continuously prayed for you to be elected President. Your win afforded me the opportunity to exalt you even more informing all, not only by the grace of God did you win... The spirit of the lord tells me you will go down in history as the greatest President ever.
Mr. President in 1993 I saw you twice when I was in Los Angeles California, once in the restaurant and the next day you were coming across the street to the Beverly Hills Hilton... Both times I feared being labeled a nut by you and your body guards coming up to you saying one day you are going to be President. I know you knew one day you would be President,  when you visited President Nixon and Reagan I saw the look in your eyes, saying wait until I'm President I'll show you how to run this country and make America Great Again.
In closing, please allow me to work with you on Prison Reform. I have a plan that will change the course of history, one that will save money as well as be productive for all communities.  It will cut the recidivism rate more than 75% and keep individuals out of prison.
Mr. President continue your great work with God's blessings and I look forward to meeting you in the future.

Respectfully yours,

Felix Walls
