On February 23rd  2018, the eve of my father's wife 1st year of  death from cancer, was when Judge Robert H. Cleland denied my father Felix Walls Compassionate Release after he agreed to sign it, after my father dropped all of his motions on him on March 10th 2016. 

 Our family felt really humiliated, hurt, betrayed, and angry that he Judge Cleland, would do something so unethical such as this after my father's paperwork had been sitting on his desk months before that, when we would call, his clerk would tell us, "when he gets around to it", that's when he will sign them.

Our family was most concerned about the fact, that Judge Robert H. Cleland stated in his denial of Mr. Walls' Compassionate Release, that the illnesses Mr. Walls have, are known to be in a black man his age, and that he should die in prison. Note, Mr. Walls was given a life sentence on a non-violent ghost dope case, after his first trial was reversed because the Judge wouldn't let Mr. Walls call his witnesses.
Mr. Walls is 77 years old and has been in prison over 27 years, and has been a model inmate with a perfect record with no disciplinary infractions during his incarceration. The B.O.P. Warden, prosecutor, and Department of Justice has signed for Mr. Walls to be granted Compassionate Release. President Donald Trump, our family is asking, that the sentencing judge Robert H. Cleland be removed from Mr. Walls' case, due to the unethical and unjust behavior that has taken place involving this case with Judge Robert H. Cleland and Mr. Walls. We're also asking, that a Bill be passed, that a Sentencing Judge, cannot have the final say so, when it comes to the release of and inmate being granted Compassionate Release.

We're asking that a Supervised Board be appointed where the majority would win,  and the Sentencing judge cannot have the last say so.
