In 2020, New York state “filed civil charges accusing Johnson & Johnson of insurance fraud for downplaying the risks of opioid painkillers, including to doctors and elderly patients. They consulted with McKinsey, the same company that had to pay back a $40m for looting our country. In 2009, Pfizer reached a settlement on fraudulent marketing and bribery for $2.3 Billion, “the largest fraud settlement in DOJ history at that time, and they have continually been tried in court for fraud by the DOJ multiple times since 2009." Let us guess, you are shocked. As shocked as you will be at the public’s commission into health care capture.
