Please help spread the word of love,unity by signing my petition(campaign) for JUSTICE OF UNEMPLOYED GRADUATES/INTERNS TO LIMIT UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN SA.Sign my petition to support,bring change, unity,show love,uplift graduates,value graduates,empower society (Gradutes,our families,friends) develop,grow economy our country South Africa).Education is key_embrase employ graduates permanently.This proposal will give solution to unemployment rate percent% and eventually minimize poverty in the society /country. If Government do not implement permanent employment contracts unemployment rate will be high.If they do not hire graduates/interns permanently who should?

Re-shape the economy limit unemployment rate of graduates by permanently employing graduates/interns (previous current future).#LimitUnemploymnetofGraduatesLimitPovertyAbsorbInternsBailUs2.We graduates/interns are not lazy, we have the ability to work,we want to work and improve our country' state of economy.Government stop contracts that ends in a short period of time and leave graduates/interns jobless.Implement  permanent contracts for interns/graduates.South African Constitution contains a Bill of Rights, Chapter Two, which enshrines the rights of all South Africans:The following labour rights are enshrined in the Constitution:

•Section 18: Freedom of Association.
•Section 23: Labour Relations.
•Everyone has the right to fair labour practices.

Rights to work must apply Bailout graduates financialy as you do other organizations/groups(Example of bailout organizations since 2016 SAA,Eskom,Sabc,Sanral,Denel,Necsa etc.By employing graduates/interns on permanent contracts after completing internship graduates will be paying tax and generating revenue profit for the country.This revenue (profit) will help those who are truly honestly in need and improve financial state of South Africa.As from 1 October 1993, the continued employment of Magistrates was arranged in terms of the Magistrates Act. In terms of section 13 of this Act, the compulsory retirement age is 65 years, but optional earlier retirement ages are protected by the transitional arrangements as contained in section 18(3) of the said Act.But offices departments/companies are full of over age (65 years) employees/employers,please government stop and apply the FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) and LIFO (LAST IN FIRST OUT) principal.

Please govemenent kindly recognize the quality the value of interns/graduates,rotate give everyone a chance to be employed, we are the future nation and leaders.Strategic need for government to limit unemployment rate is to employ graduates/interns on a permanent basis as we are available immediately.Q1: 2019 stats of Unemployment rate of graduates aged 15-24 years was 55.2%,graduates aged 15-34 years was 63.4%,graduates aged 35-64 was 18%,2020 Q1: unemployment rate is 30.1%, currently 7.1 million people are unemployed. Government must employ previous,current and future interns/graduates permanently as we are welling to work, contribute and grow the economy.Absorb interns permanently,if you don't who should?You give us 6-24 months contract it ends then you leave us in cold,poverty,pain, its unfair. Most jobs want 3/5/10 years of experience its unfailry aggressive,were should we graduates get that 3/5/10 as graduate programme is 12/24? Let us help develop our country South Africa.

Government should implement permanent strategy to permanently employ interns (previous currently unemployed and future interns).Unemployed graduates and those who did their internship full term but their contract ended and they never considered them for permanent positions must be hired/rehired by government departments were we did internship. it's unfair, unethical and unlawful for government not to considere us ( previous and future interns)  for permanent position in the department/ company. As Interns we gave our time, energy and dedication to those departments but we were dropped and forgotten, it's sad and government is taking the country to poor unstable economy.Government said they consider interns first for posts but it's  never like that. They say "education is the key and we should learn without limits to empower ourselves and our country".As graduates we loss hope in the  system and our hard work of going to varsity graduating is in vain, it feels like a waste! We've got skills,experience and knowledge! We do not want to live on hand outs by our elders/ pensioners/ community. Graduates do not let public/private sector lead us to more miserable poverty,they take away your dreams and right to work.We want to contribute to the economy and community by building a better beautiful brighter South Africa.

I did my internship for 18 months from June 2015 - November 2016 at SAPS (South African Police Service) Supply Chain Management Head Office in Silverton but my contract ended and was never considered for permanent. I was working like their permanent employees but was never given an opportunity to be part of their permanent staff. Those who came after our group to intern were appointment permanently, What about us? it's unfair.Most departments do not even call us when we apply as previous interns for posts not even for an interview.I even tried to volunteer at public and private sector but with no luck.

Interns/graduates gained experience  and skills! With our expertise we want to contribute to our country's economy and hopefully become a developed country.We are the future of our country, we are willing to make a change and  help grow the economy. Do not let our country's future fail(--downfall). Government please do not turn a blind eye and ignore your country future leaders.Government you can do this limit unemployed rate by rehiring us and lets all grow the economy of our country South Africa. I would appreciate government to re-hiring/employ unemployed interns (previous) permanently and those who will be doing internships in future to be employed permanently.Government must implement permanent employment of interns,do not let our skills,experience,knowledge and expertise that we gained in government departments vanish. The power of change is in your hands government, do not let us down, together we can do this.Our hope is in you South African government.This year 2020 marks 26 years of democracy,thanks to our fathers and mothers. Lets remember our hero's (those who struggled and fought for our freedom) they paved the way,lets make them proud.We are a rainbow nation that is full of love! One Love! One Nation! One Africa!
