The meeting will now feature a completeness waiver hearing for KIP 20 LLC’s plans to replace five acres of historic farmland with a development suitable for a strip mall and permanently change the nature of the Gateway to Holmdel in violation of local agricultural/residential zoning and the Holmdel Master Plan.

If the township permits this development it will demonstrate that all zoning is basically worthless. Not even the requirement that applications be “complete” is viewed as essential? I don’t remember my school teachers accepting that, but apparently it’s an option here.
