After demolishing the historic house at 127 Red Hill Rd, and removing the trees on both 125 and 127 Red Hill Rd, has KIP 20 LLC also put a construction site office in place already? Are they this confident that they can blow through Holmdel’s planning process, despite the many variances needed?
