Our key talking point is: this is the wrong use for the lots, the residential/agricultural zoning was created to preserve the rural character of the land. If it can be ignored by developers then it sets the dangerous legal precedent that none of Holmdel’s zoning can be used to preserve the land we live on.

Just because we live by the Parkway doesn’t mean we don’t matter.
