Happy June, everyone! 

We have surpassed 200 signatures. Thank you to everyone who has signed so far and has shared this with their family and friends. 

Currently, as you may know, we are now in the countdown stage. The new major vessels have been named and will be the Summit Class. According to sources from the ferries, the first vessel, _Summit Arbutus_, is set to have the first steel cut this November. 

So the fact is: we need to get at least 1,000 signatures by the end of the year. Because if we want to see a chance of having the _Queen of New Westminster_ preserved, we must make a serious effort to show it's not just a small group of people wanting it. 

So, as always, I ask for your help spreading the word about this, and helping me see that the last of the 7 Sisters is given the retirement she earned and is saved, to show future generations what British Columbia was able to do, and what we still can do when we work together and use our skills to do what was thought to be impossible.
