"Hello everyone, and happy Spring! I wanted to give an update: we're nearing 100 signatures, and this petition has made it onto Google and some wiki pages. Her whistles were fixed in her last refit, and she is sounding beautiful again. She is currently sailing on Fridays and Sundays as the number two vessel on Route 1, Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay, and she should be switching to her spring break schedule soon, where she'll run at least one round trip every day. It's a good opportunity for you to ride her, and she's looking good and running as reliably and dependably as she always has. The propeller incident in September 2024 ultimately had a silver lining: they built two brand new propulsion shafts, so they are running brand new. I foresee this summer being huge for her, as the FIFA World Cup is in Vancouver, so hopefully people will ride her, and we will see more signatures on here.
