Many of us choose to live in Park at River Oaks because of its warm and distinctive pink exterior. The recent decision to repaint the building gray removes much of the charm, personality, and visual identity that makes this place feel special.

In a city filled with uniform gray apartment complexes, our community stands out. The pink buildings create a sense of character that many residents genuinely love. It’s something we come home to after a long day, something that uplifts our mood. For many of us, the color is part of what makes this community feel welcoming and memorable.

We understand that property updates are sometimes necessary, but we believe residents should have a voice in major aesthetic changes that impact the place we call home. We ask for the repaint to be reconsidered and for Greystar to possibly gather resident feedback through a survey or vote. It's important for property management to engage with us and explore our preferences before making such impactful changes.

This petition is simply a respectful request to preserve the unique character of our apartments and prevent it from becoming just another gray complex in the city.
