Greetings to all those petition signers,

Just wanted to provide a brief update on what is transpiring regarding the turntable. 

The Dauphin Herald did publish a brief interview which you will find in the photo attached.

The actual date has been confirmed by the City of Dauphin for removal which is Monday, August 18th, 2025.  We will be there to assist and document the removal.

We also have had further clarification from the City regarding contribution and collection of donations for the off site memorial project.  Full details will be provided soon as there are still a couple of questions remaining.  We do know the City is prepared to offer financial contribution to the creation of this memorial and also will be issuing tax receipts to donors for this project.

I will be discussing some of the logistics of this project this upcoming week with some community members who have expressed interest in assisting.  More details to follow.

Once all of the "ducks are in a row", a more detailed update will be given.
