We the undersigned respectfully request that Bathurst Regional Council maintain the current Local Environment Plan that restricts development to a height of 9 metres.

Further, we request Council maintains the current population density to respect the Heritage Conservation Area in the old St. Catherine's and St. Joseph's Mount precinct.
