The Brevard County Planning Department staff report and comments are available on the county planning department website for the Application files link. See attachments under record information tab and look for the latest documents (tab 2).

We are analyzing the information in preparation for the next hearing. You are welcome to submit your own objections in writing in advance to AdministrativeServices@BrevardFL.gov 10 days before the hearing. Please include your county commissioner on that email.

Please mark your calendars for Monday, 9/14 at 3 p.m. We want very strong attendance in opposition to the rezoning application and fill the the County Commission Chambers in Viera.
