As Museum Village enters its 75th year of service to the Hudson Valley region, we believe that its role in serving over 11,000 school children yearly, preserving over 32,000 artifacts, and presenting important programming on our regional history is valuable and deserving of protection. This beloved Institution, a beacon of heritage and culture, now faces funding issues that put the continued survival of the institution in jeopardy.

Museum Village is not just a gateway to the past and an important educational resource, but also a driving force for local tourism in Orange County, contributing significantly to the local economy and community. By showcasing our local history, the museum has drawn in thousands of visitors each year and provided educational enrichment for countless children over the 75 years of service.
