Hi Folks the Colorado Resident Hunter Association thanks you for your help in saving OTC Archery for Resident Hunters this year.   But we are not done, at this week's CPW Commission meeting the CPW Staff came out against the Draw Process Working Group recommendation to get rid of our Fake ResidentTag Caps in Colorado.  This CPW picture shows how each year over 6500 resident big game tags are sold to nonresidents because of our fake tag caps (aka soft caps).   No other state in the country does this to its residents.  Other states have hard caps in place and protect the resident resources for its residents and resident youth.
