ALBEMARLE HOMES: WHERE ARE THE 1,700 LETTERS?

​Update for all our supporters:

​We have recently discovered that Albemarle Homes has told our local Councillors they conducted a "comprehensive consultation," claiming to have sent 1,700 letters to residents in Old Rossington.

​But we know the truth: Hardly anyone has seen one.

​While the developer claims they are being transparent, our community is being kept in "Planning Limbo." We are waking up every day anxious, waiting for the official plans to go live, while unauthorized work—like the delivery of aggregates and the building of metal structures—continues on the farm site.

​The more we dig, the more "ridiculous" the plan looks:

​The 2km School Run: They admit the nearest primary school is 2km away. That is an impossible distance for a 4-year-old to walk twice a day.

​Traffic Chaos: Their own figures admit to an extra 60 vehicle trips every hour on Littleworth Lane.
