This picture is of an accident that happened on July 2nd at 12:27pm in front of the proposed Alpine Coaster Development. 

According to some private citizens, Megan Redmond with MDT confirmed that a temporary permit was approved by Justun Juelfs, Kalispell Division Maintenance  Chief at MDT. Our email to Megan, Justun, and Bob Vosen, District 1 Administrator had not been unreturned at the time of this update.
