On July 7th MDT sent out an email stating that the permit had been revoked and that the developer had started the process for a temporary approach permit. 

Today, July 11th we were notified that the developer had a large delivery of wood. We've reached out to MDT to see if the temporary permit was granted. It is our understanding that the access is unusable until/if a temporary permit is granted.
