URGENT UPDATE!

We hope you all are enjoying your Labor Day. We met with our attorneys today to prep for tomorrow’s hearing. While on the call, the judge contacted our attorneys and informed us that NO WITNESSES will be testifying. He is only allowing the arguments of the attorneys for tomorrow’s hearing.

He has also requested NOT TO PACK THE COURTROOM. We want to be respectful of the judge’s wishes at this time, so if you were planning on coming, PLEASE change your plans and do not attend. There will be a future time where your presence is needed. This is a fluid situation and things change that are not in our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

At this time, the hearing for the temporary injunction is still tentatively set for Monday, September 8 at 2pm. We ask that you make plans to attend on that day. If that date changes, we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible. It could be later in the month if attorneys request a delay, which is possible.

IF YOU ARE A 200’ resident and have plans to fill out an affidavit, PLEASE do so ASAP. This is a valuable part of our case and will be filed and entered as an exhibit for our case.
