Happy Friday, Everyone!

First of all, we want to thank those of you who were able to attend our meeting last night at Tangle Ridge Golf Club. We hope it was informative for you. Your time was appreciated and we are counting on you to help us make the difference going forward.

It was expected that the defendants would make a motion to dismiss our TRO. The paperwork was filed with the Ellis County court yesterday afternoon. The hearing to consider dismissal of the TRO will be heard in court on TUESDAY at 9am in the 40th District Court of Ellis County in LAW THREE.

WE NEED YOU TO ATTEND! As we have stated many times, there is POWER in numbers. This is an opportunity for you to show the judge that we LOVE our community and care enough to come to court in support of the efforts of Preserve Lake Ridge.

At this time, we anticipate only a few witnesses will be called to testify. For those of you who live within 200’ of the development, IT IS IMPORTANT for you to attend. You most likely will not be called to give a statement, but your presence will be noticed by the judge as well as the defendants and Preserve Lake Ridge.

For those of you who are citizens of Cedar Hill, your presence shows your concern for the impact of this development on surrounding communities. For those of you who live in Lake Ridge, whether that be Grand Prairie or Cedar Hill, your PRESENCE IS PARAMOUNT!
