THIS ISSUE WILL AFFECT EVERYONE IN KEYNSHAM - WE'RE CLOSE TO 750 SIGNATURES - PLEASE TAKE US OVER THE LINE!!
KEYNSHAM CAN'T AND SHOULDN'T TAKE THE EXCESSIVE BURDEN OF NEW HOUSING - WE'LL DO OUR SHARE BUT OTHERS MUST AS WELL!!
Bath is the first NIMBY city - NOT taking their share of much needed new housing for local residents yet filling the city centre with student accommodation.
NIMBY Saltford now refusing to share the burden! The Saltford Parish Council objecting to all three proposed sites in their area. Saltford claim that they expanded in the 1980's - that was 45 years ago! - they need to do their bit NOW and not leave Keynsham to do it all!!
We support the Hicks Gate and North Keynsham Development bringing approximately 6000 much needed houses to Keynsham - this alone will provide nearly half the government allocation for North East Somerset!
Keynsham is a generous and welcoming town but we can't be constantly put upon by neighbours who won't do their share - sign the petition and share it widely - MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD!!
