We were recently surprised to hear that the first Planning Commission Public Hearing would happen January 10th. This information provided by the developer December 11th!

Everyone, we have been systematically delayed or kept in the dark as to the status of the Clift Farm Planned Subdivision. We recently attended a Community Meeting hosted by Jarrell Properties, seemingly as a "check the box" move. Quite a few local residents attended to speak out (thank you all). As expected, all concerns were met with indifference and a lack of actionable promises.

The development was described in rosy terms, with many changes being described as "concessions" to alleviate concerns of the adjoining property owners.

Overall, this Generalized Development Plan has not changed one iota. The concerns have not been dealt with, and our BOS has not heard us.
