After recent discussions with our supervisor, it is unlikely we will receive her support against this rezoning application. Also, it appears that subsidized housing or workforce housing maybe the next phase of development on Clift Farm Road. Based on her comments, we believe a school will never be built on Clift Farm Road.

The water sewer service infrastructure in the application has been designed with  more than enough capacity to meet the needs of the new age restricted community, and could be utilized to serve many more homes in the future. There is more to this rezoning, than an age restricted community, JPI wants more.

Subsidized or workforce housing would necessarily add students to the local school system. This flies in the face of reducing the burden on local schools as a reason to support an age restricted community, it also would devalue local property owners investments and increase crime. Tell Meg Bohmke we do not want this rezoning application to be approved!
