Hi All,

The battle to save this trail and natural environment continues! Call in or show up in person tomorrow Tuesday 1/23 at 10 am (or slightly later, public comment does not generally begin until around 10:30am or later). Call-in info below.

You don't need to attend the whole meeting; share your comment and feel free to leave.

Talking points to consider:

  • What is important to you about this area?
  • What do you use the area to do?
  • How could a road adversely affect that use?
  • Why is it important to protect nature in the Dungeness area?
  • How would a road impact this natural corridor?
  • Who benefits from a road connection?

Last week we had some GREAT voices heard by the commissioners, the DCD, and the pro-road group at the Board of Commissioners (BOC). Special thanks to Paula and Bri and others who spoke out to protect our local environment and preserve this wonderful trail.
